Each product below incorporates third-party open-source components. Those components remain licensed to you under their respective open-source licenses. The Bonterms Software License Terms govern only the proprietary portions of the software. The agreements are at duocircle.com/legal/spamsentinel.

The current Verisend installer ships its own THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. We have not yet mirrored it here. Email legal@duocircle.com with your installed version and we will send the matching notice file the same business day in most cases.
How open-source licensing works in these products
Each open-source component bundled in SpamSentinel, Verisend, or Inbox Genius is licensed to you directly by its respective copyright holders under that component's own license. The Bonterms Software License Terms in the proprietary agreement do not override or replace those open-source licenses.

If a component is licensed under terms that require availability of corresponding source code, the source is either upstream-public or available on request from legal@duocircle.com. We honor written requests within the timelines required by the applicable license.
Notices and license texts are reviewed at each major installer release. The notice file is the authoritative list for that release. If you find a discrepancy between the notice file and what you observe in the installer, please tell us at legal@duocircle.com so we can correct it.
